You've got a couple of IP cameras or a wireless AP that need power over Ethernet, but you don't need the full 802.3at budget on every port. The TL-SG1008P gives you eight gigabit ports with four of them PoE-enabled at 802.3af. That's up to 15.4W per PoE port, 53W across all four. Plenty for a standard camera or a small AP.

It's unmanaged. You plug it in, the LEDs tell you what's linked and what's moving, and that's the whole setup. No web interface to log into, no VLANs to configure. The 8K MAC address table handles auto-learning and aging in the background so your network stays stable without you touching anything.
