This is the 1-year Gold Support renewal or upgrade for your WatchGuard Firebox T15. If you're already on Standard and want to step up, this moves you to the Gold tier. If you're already on Gold, it extends your term another twelve months. Either way, same device, same rack, no re-provisioning.

You keep running the T15 you've got. You just make sure the backstop is solid before something goes sideways at 7:45am and everyone's staring at a spinning login screen.
