Your M690's standard support has lapsed or is about to. That means the next firmware hiccup, the 6am alert you can't decode, the config change that broke VLAN 3 — you're on your own until someone gets around to a ticket. This 1-year renewal puts WatchGuard's standard support back behind your M690 so you've got a real escalation path when the firewall throws something you haven't seen before. One year, one licence, straight onto your existing M690
