No IT ticket. Plug in the base, dock the M58, and you're making calls.
Shared Call Emulation means up to 16 calls can be distributed, held, and monitored system-wide across all registered handsets. No programming knowledge required. It works independently of your VoIP provider.
Eight triple-assignable LED keys cover line monitoring, speed dials, call pickup, hold, and transfer. The design follows the SNOM D8xx series with an antibacterial housing and a display that's easy to read across an open-plan office.
Settings are managed centrally via zero-touch provisioning on the M500. Firmware updates push over-the-air when the handset is docked. Bluetooth headsets and wired headsets both supported.
