The 5-inch (480 × 272) colour display is easy to read at arm's length across a retail floor or open-plan office. Eight physical programmable LED keys expand to 24 through paging, covering line monitoring, speed dials, paging zones, and shared-line behaviour. Shared Call Emulation lets you see, answer, hold, and transfer up to 16 shared calls across devices – like a traditional key system, but wireless.
Integrated Bluetooth, HD audio, and HAC (hearing-aid compatibility) cover the accessibility and audio-quality needs your team actually has. Wired RJ9 headsets work too. OTA firmware updates keep things current without anyone pulling a handset off the cradle.
Range: up to 50 metres indoors, up to 300 metres outdoors. Zero-touch provisioning means you dock it on the M500 base station and it's configured. No manual setup.
