Your laptop's single USB-C port can't juggle the monitor, the ethernet cable, the keyboard, and the charger all at once. You've felt that frustration. The Simplecom CHT560 sorts it in one plug.
One USB-C connection becomes three SuperSpeed USB-A ports (5Gbps), an HDMI 2.0 output for up to 4K@60Hz, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and a 100W PD pass-through that keeps your laptop topped up while everything else runs. No drivers. No fiddling. Plug it in and go.
The aluminium alloy body weighs 60g and measures 12.8 × 3.5 × 1.3cm, so it slots into a bag without a second thought. The built-in 15cm flexible USB-C cable means no dangling adapter chain on your desk.
One thing to check before you buy: your laptop's USB-C port needs DisplayPort Alt Mode (DP Alt Mode), Thunderbolt, or USB4 for video output. A charge-only USB-C port won't pass the HDMI signal. If you've got DP 1.4 on your GPU, you're looking at 4K@60Hz. DP 1.2 caps at 4K@30Hz.
Works out of the box on Windows 10 or later and macOS 10.12 or later.
