Synology Plus Series 6TB HDD – 3.5" SATA 5400RPM (Budget/Value/Plus NAS Only)

You've got a Synology NAS and you're running low on space — or you just unboxed a new unit and need drives that actually work with it. This is the one.

The Synology Plus Series 6TB is a 3.5" SATA drive rated at 5400RPM, built specifically for their Budget, Value, and Plus Series NAS line. It's not a generic 6TB you can slot into anything. It will not work in XS-tier or higher models. Read that before you add it to your cart.

You also need DSM 7.1.1-update 4 or later running on the unit. If you're on an older build, update first — the drive won't be recognised otherwise.

Comes with a 3-year Synology warranty. Three units in stock right now.
