Your bus signals are getting mangled because you've got no isolation between the driver and the load. The 74LS241 is an octal tri-state buffer, non-inverting, in a 20-pin package. Eight channels pass through clean, and when you pull the enable line, all outputs go high-impedance so nothing fights on the bus. Solder it in and the crosstalk stops
