You've got a clean signal going into your gear and the mains is dragging RF and common-mode noise straight through. Your audio hisses, your test bench reads garbage, or that sensitive unit keeps throwing phantom errors. The Jaycar MS4003 sits between your IEC power lead and the wall and kills line-to-ground interference before it reaches the circuit board.
It's a panel-mount filter rated at 6 amps, 115–250VAC, 50/60Hz. You wire it in-line with a standard IEC power convertor. No fiddly soldering of signal cables — just the mains path.
Leakage current stays within international limits: 0.25mA at 115VAC 60Hz and 0.50mA at 250VAC 50Hz. Test voltage ratings are 2250VDC (one minute) and 1450VDC (one minute) line-to-ground. Complies with UL, CSA, and VDE safety standards.
If your bench, rack, or production unit is picking up noise you can't explain, this is the first thing to try before you start blaming the board.
