You need a bit more length to wrap a thicker line or get an extra turn for security. This Jaycar nylon cleat is 98mm long, UV resistant, and the through-body mounting holes are 3/16" (4mm) countersunk so your screws sit flush. Nylon means no rust bleeding onto your rope and no metal edge cutting into the line over time. Bolt it down, throw the line over, and forget about it
