You need a chain that won't flake and rust after one wet summer, and you don't want to chase shackles from three different suppliers. This kit handles both. 8mm hot dipped galvanised chain, 3 metres long, with two matching galvanised shackles already in the box. One part number, one order, rig it up and get back to whatever you were actually trying to do. Cheaper than buying the chain and shackles as separate line items
