You've got a 6mm chain that needs joining and you don't trust a quick clip-on link to hold under load. This is the proper fix. A 316 marine grade joining link, rivet type. You hammer the rivets home into 'set' position and it's locked. No thread to back off, no pin to drift out. Rated at 700kg breaking load with a 150kg working load. Fits 6mm chain.
