Picture's on the screen but the dialogue hits half a second late. You've tried the TV settings, you've repositioned the speakers, and that lip-sync gap is still there. This kit sits between your source and amp and adds a precise digital delay — 20 to 1500ms in 10ms steps — so the audio lines up with what you're seeing. Because it's all digital through the chain (S/PDIF or Toslink in, S/PDIF or Toslink out), there's zero analogue degradation. Handles Dolby Digital AC3, DTS, and linear PCM up to 48kHz. The kit comes with the PCB, a machined-pannel enclosure, and all electronic components. The surface-mount IC is pre-soldered so you skip the fiddly bit. You'll need a 9–12VDC supply (MP-3146) and a universal IR remote (AR-1952) to run it
