Your traffic volume has outgrown the small reporting tier. You're pushing well past a few hundred gig a month and the old block count is either maxing out or you're paying for headroom you never use. This tier scales to 10–24 blocks of 100 GB each over 12 months, so your Sophos Central dashboard keeps logging every session without dropping data. Pull a quarter's worth of traffic for an insurance claim, hand a year of logs to your compliance officer, or just confirm that the new branch's traffic pattern looks normal. One export, done
