Ubiquiti UniFi Pro Max 16 PoE Switch – 4× 2.5 GbE PoE++, 12× GbE PoE+, 180W, Fanless

Your APs, cameras, and desk phones are all pulling power from one box and the adapter tangle is getting out of hand. The UniFi Pro Max 16 PoE sorts that in one go. Four 2.5 GbE PoE++ ports handle the high-draw gear. Twelve GbE PoE+ ports cover the rest. 180W total PoE budget means nothing starves mid-shift. Etherlighting ports light up so you can see location, speed, and VLAN at a glance — no more counting from the top. Runs silent. No fan to fail. Mount it on a desk, a wall, or in your rack (rack mount accessory sold separately). Heads up: current units don't ship with the AC adapter mounting plate. Pair with UniFi Etherlighting Patch Cables for the best port visibility
