You've got a laptop that chokes on a mid-size spreadsheet and a 40-tab browser session. You don't need a touchscreen. You don't need a cellular modem. You need something that opens, runs, and stays cool while you work through the day.
The ThinkPad T16 Gen 5 with the Intel Core Ultra 7 355 does exactly that. 32GB of LPCAMM2 LPDDR5X-6800 means your RAM is upgradable to 64GB down the track when the workload grows. The 512GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD loads your apps in seconds, not minutes. And the 49 TOPS NPU handles on-device AI tasks without sending your data to a cloud server.
The 16-inch WUXGA panel hits 400 nits with anti-glare coating. Bright enough for a window-side desk. The 60Wh battery and 65W USB-C charger keep you going through a full workday. Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1 out to 4K/60Hz, and a full-size RJ-45 jack mean you plug into whatever the office throws at you.
3-year Premier Support is included. If something goes wrong, a technician comes to you. No courier round-trips, no waiting on a callback queue.
