Your field tech is on a scaffold, in a yard, or under a hot sun and the screen is unreadable. The battery dies mid-shift and there's no spare to swap. You've been running on hope and a national chain's six-day delivery.
The DURABOOK R8 was built for exactly that. 8-inch sunlight-readable touchscreen at 800 nits. IP66 rated — dust-tight, protected against powerful water jets. Swappable battery technology means you pop one out, slot in the charged one, and they're back on the job in seconds.
Under the hood: Intel Core i5-1230U (up to 4.4 GHz), 8GB RAM, 256GB PCIe SSD, Windows 11 Pro. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth v5.3 for connectivity on site. 2MP front camera, 8MP rear camera. USB-C with DisplayPort support and Thunderbolt 4.
Three-year limited warranty included as standard. One unit in stock right now — if it's the right fit for your crew, grab it before someone else does
